On-ness refers to the state of being on in the moment – where there is a flow, a groove and an equanimity. Samuel Johnson defined equanimity as “evenness of mind, neither elated nor depressed.”
A calm purposeful experience unfolds from itself where the ego becomes the observer albeit wanting to own what emerges. We have observed these seemingly bizarre yet realistically very human experiences occurring frequently when held in specific co-creative conditions.
